Alberta Di Giuli

Alberta Di Giuli is Dean of the ESCP Business School Turin Campus and Professor of Finance at ESCP.

She was previously based at the ESCP Paris Campus, where she held several key roles, including Head of the Finance Department. She is a research member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), a Louis Bachelier Fellow and an affiliated researcher at the Hong Kong Research Institute on Governance, Environment and Social Issues. She is also editor of the finance section of the Journal of Business Ethics. Her research interests include ESG, climate finance, corporate governance and political connections.

Professor Di Giuli earned her MSc cum laude in business administration, specialising in finance, and her PhD from Bocconi University. She has presented her research at leading academic and practitioner conferences. Her work has been published in journals including the Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science and the Journal of Financial Intermediation.
