Carlo Paris

Carlo Paris graduated in mechanical engineering cum laude in Rome. He holds a master's degree in business administration from American University in Washington, DC, an Executive Master's in Social Entrepreneurship and a master's degree in non-profit administration from Università Cattolica in Milan. Over the past decade, he has focused on sustainability and pursued certified studies in corporate governance.

In 1984, he worked at the Bureau of Political Economies of the US Department of the Interior in Washington, DC. His banking career from 1985 to 2003 included roles at Chase Manhattan Bank in Rome and London, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro and UniCredit Bank Group. He also served as Managing Director of Fincor Merchant Bank, working in corporate finance, private equity and board governance.

From 2003 to 2015, he was CEO of Paris&Partners, an international business advisory firm focused on Italy-India business, with offices in Mumbai and Delhi. Since 2017, he has served as a non-executive board member of public companies including ENAV S.p.A., Banca Farma Factoring, FILA, LU-VE and Gefran.

He supports women's empowerment through publications, social media and public speaking. He has two daughters, aged 31 and 29, and a son, aged 23.
