Beatrice Baldaccini

Group Chief People Officer and Vice President of the Board of Directors at UMBRAGROUP

Beatrice Baldaccini is a second-generation entrepreneur.

After earning a master's degree with honours in work and organisational psychology from Sapienza University of Rome, she completed an intensive management development programme at SDA Bocconi.

She joined UMBRAGROUP, a company founded by her father, Valter, in January 2008 to establish its human resources department.

UMBRAGROUP is a multinational company providing mechatronic motion solutions for the aerospace, defence, space and industrial sectors. It generates approximately €300 million in revenue and employs more than 1,700 people worldwide.

Beatrice currently serves as Group Chief People Officer and Vice President of the Board of Directors.

Since 2015, she has also served as President of the Valter Baldaccini Foundation. Established to uphold her father's values, the foundation develops social projects that support vulnerable people and help them rebuild their lives.
