Michelle Ferrari

With more than 30 years of experience, Michelle Ferrari is recognised as an influential leader in organisational culture, innovation, diversity and inclusion in Mexico and Spain.

She has received two honorary doctorates and numerous distinctions, including the Great Place to Work Global Innovation Award in 2018 and the Women Economic Forum's Woman of the Decade in Business and Leadership award in 2019. She was included in Bloomberg's list of the 500 most influential people in Latin America in 2022 and 2023 and appointed a Peace Ambassador by the Gandhi Mandela Foundation in 2025.

As the G100 Women Leaders' representative for Corporate Boards, she has led social and business impact programmes that have benefited more than one million people. She also serves on the board of Hecho en México and on the Diversity and Inclusion Council of the Mexican Ministry of Economy. In addition, she has participated in global strategic councils within AmCham, YPO and Great Place to Work's Global Leadership Council.
