Patrizia Polliotto

Patrizia Polliotto is Secretary General of Fondazione CRT and a business lawyer admitted to practise before the Italian Supreme Court and higher courts. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in corporate governance, compliance and strategic oversight, holding senior positions in listed companies, financial institutions and major organisations.

Her current appointments include roles at Reply, Juventus, Italconsult and Aurora Growth Capital, alongside institutional assignments entrusted to her by Italian ministries.

She previously served on the General Council and Management Committee of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, as CEO of Icarus within the Finmeccanica Group, as a board member of FSU, the controlling shareholder of IREN, and as Chair of Ospedale Galeazzi, part of Gruppo San Donato.
